This policy explains what information Rallyletter collects through rallyletter.com, how we use it, and how to contact us. Rallyletter is a done-for-you newsletter service for local service businesses, run by Christopher Swanson in New Mexico.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), what you would like help with, and anything else you choose to tell us. When you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name, email address, and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, prepare a sample newsletter if you asked for one, and provide our services if you become a client. We may keep records of our conversations and any agreement we make with you.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our website host (Framer), email provider (Zoho), and calendar provider (Google), and only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you or serve you as a client, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
