These terms apply to the newsletter services provided by Rallyletter, run by Christopher Swanson in New Mexico. By signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.
Services
Rallyletter writes and delivers newsletters for local service businesses. What is included depends on the plan you choose.
Pricing and monthly billing
Plans are $199, $449, or $899 per month. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your next billing cycle starts by emailing hello@rallyletter.com. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund the current month already billed, and your service continues until the end of that month.
Content ownership
Once you have paid for a month, you own the newsletter content we create for you in that month and may use it as you like. You keep ownership of your logo, photos, and anything else you give us, and you give us permission to use them to make your newsletters. You confirm you have the right to share that material with us.
No guaranteed results
We work to make every newsletter useful and engaging, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as open rates, bookings, sales, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rallyletter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
